Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned toys, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
